I got married on April 2009, and I have irregular menstruation period ever since. Previously, my period is in 28 days, last year, my menstruation occurred every 3 months, last for 3 - 4 weeks and heavy flowing on the 3rd and 4th week. Since this year, my period is every month, but 1st and 2nd month always spotting only, and third is heavy flowing and last for more than 2 weeks (always) and it keeps repeating like that. My question is, am I suffering certain disease?

You really need to see your doctor about this. We can't give you a diagnosis, and having a period that lasts for 2 weeks or more is not normal.
