Court citation to my bank for credit card debt
I live in Illinois. My bank was issued a citation to send my bank records to court or show up at a later date for court. It was not addressed to me but my bank. Now it says that the bank is trying to have it dropped. What does all this mean for me? And the real kicker is they were taking payments out of my bank per my request monthly and then they suddenly stopped and then decided to send this to my bank. I had an attorney send them a letter and they never got back to him or I. I am now laid off with no work and unemployment. But they never answer when you call or write them.
