Color Ring or Bullseye on TV picture
I was watching my 1 yr old Samsung HDTV today and the electricity went out. When the power was restored I turned the TV back on and now I have this bullseye effect of colors on my screen as you try to watch a program. Anyone have a clue what happened? Thank you for your help.

Similar things happen when magnets (speakers) are placed to close to a TV screen pulling the all the electrons into a sunburst effect. It is possible to rescramble the electrons by degausing.
