    Is there an adjustabe 220VAC breaker that can be set to shut off in and hour or two and then reset itself?

    Not a breaker but there are timers that can do this, some just plug in. tell us more about what you are trying to accomplish. Discount Hydroponics - Timers

    If you didn't find anything, look for "Delay on Make timers". That combined with a contactor will do what you want, but it's a custom circuit.
