    What causes me to cramp after my period sometimes bad enough I cant walk
    Before during an after my period I cramp all around my lower back an stomach sometimes I get a really sharp pain in my right lower side that cramps an I can't even move cause of the pain most the time I cramp every day.

    Do you drink enough water? Drinking too little can cause these cramps caused by dehydration.

    I was once told that if you are sexually active it can cause the cramps to be more severe. I'm not really sure if that is true or not but I do know that diet and stress are huge factors. Do as J said and try to drink more water. When I do that before my period I notice it's much easier to deal with.
