    My sons dad has a criminal rcrd for dwi's public intoxication suspended dl what 2 do
    My sons dad has a criminal rcrd for dwi's public intoxication suspended dl I don't know where he lives. He picks up my son from school and I don't know if he has him or not I sometimes have to call the school ( he has no car he wrecked it) he will keep my son until he get ready to rtn him to me.he leaves our son and my 14yrs son at home while he works with no PHONE. This visitation time he was to rtn him in Monday haven't gotten my baby back he said that he was keeping him for the summer. What kind of mess is that I'm tied and frustrated with him what can I do to get full custody but still allow him to see his son

    Hello s:

    If you DON'T have a court ordered visitation agreement, you need to go to court to get one. If you DO, and he's violating it, go back to court and the judge will enforce your visitation rights. If he has to put your ex in jail, he might.

    What court orders are in place? Who has primary physical custody? Does he have a visitation order? If so, when is he supposed to have the child?
