Is it Halal to invest money in putting rides for children? Like in theme parks?
Salaam,
I need to know if it is halal in Islam to invest money for putting rides for children for entertainment purpose only and charge them for each ride? Does it come under haram way of making money because this business does not give any benefit rather wastage of time and money in the name of entertainment? Please clarify asap. Many thanks. Tariq |

I am setting up an estate account for my mother's money-can I put some of this money in a short term cd getting a much better rate until the estate is settled? Does the cd have to be at the same bank where I open up the estate account?
