    Vop and felony drug charge
    Hi my boyfriend went to jail to day its July 8th what happen was he went to probation and they did a drug test he failed it and they took him to jail he's 19 how long do you think they will give him. Please tell me the truth he's on probation cause he didn't have a bike lincence and he wrecked. Please write me ASAP THANKS LILTIGGER

    Hello LIL:

    He's going to have a probation violation hearing in as little as a few days to as long as a month. Once he has the hearing, they may let him out with time served, or they may give him more time.

    There IS, of course, a LOT more to the story. Did he smoke a joint, or did he do heroin?

    By the way, nobody gets put on criminal probation for not having a license and having an accident... He's not telling YOU the truth.

    Exie, you're so smart. You beat me to answering this as I would have said the same thing.

    What you didn't tell the OP is that she could just go online to the County Clerk's Office and type his name into the clerk's online system and see for herself just what the original offense was and just why her boyfriend is on probation. Might be something completely different than driving with no license.

    And he will be held in jail until his violation of probation hearing which could be up to a month.
