    Hi

    I also need some advice my friend was in an accident he borrowed a vehicle from a friend to pop intown quicly but he doesn't have a licence, in what kind of trubble is he?

    I answered you already... BORROWING isn't a crime. Driving without a license is a traffic ticket. How is it, that you don't know that stuff?

    Of course, there IS more to this story. If you really want to help your friend, TELL me what happened and don't beat around the bush. I AIN'T no cop.

    Where, did the insurance company deny coverage, did the friend consent to the "borrowing," does he have a criminal record, what were the circumstances of the accident?
