Noma thermostate

Hi I have Noma thermostat model#thm3o3m. It is working good but screen is blank, I think battery is weak but I don't know how to change the battery.There is no sign to open it and replace the battery.kindly let me know how to replace the battery.Thankyou

Our thermostate model number 9620C gives us this message... Low Battery (Lo-Bat). We repalced the batteries and the same message appears. Our central cooling system does not work. Thanks for your help Anthony

Trying to install a new 52-2570-6 Heating /Cooling Thermostate.My old thermostate had 5 wires ,green,red,orange,white +black.My problem is I do not know where the black wire goes.On my old one it went to a terminal 4.
