    97 jeep cherokee lower radiator hose leak
    I have a 97 Jeep Grand Cher 4.0 have a lower radiator hose leak, I can see the fluid shooting out fron end of hose at the bottom, replaced hose twice, can't seen to stop the leak, I even double clamped it, with no effects, still leaked... Im not sure what to do now. Thought I had it fixed once, but 24 hours after first repair, it started leaking again... [email protected]

    See if this is the situation:

    The leak may be where the bottom radiator nipple goes into the radiator. Remove the radiator, clean the joint thoroughly, wrap the joint with several turns of large solid copper wire, and then fill with solder. This should create a strong "fillet." The moment from the engine starting often pulls on the bottom radiator hose and creates a leak.
