    Can a biological father see a child after 14 years
    Can my 14 year old sons bioligal father have rights to see my son even if he was never in the child's life and is not on my sons birth cert

    Yes, all he has to do is petition the court for visitation.

    It all depends. He would have to petition the court for visitation rights; the judge will rule based upon what s/he feels is in the child's best interests.

    What objections do you have to it?

    And your trying to say the child won't be happy anymore if the child spends time with their bio dad and he starts participating in the child's life?

    I don't think a judge is going to believe that without other evidence.

    You may be right and a court may decide that introducing a stranger into your son's life at this point will be disruptive. On the other hand they could decide that there is value in allowing your son to get to know his bio father. There aren't enough details here to determine.

    I would assume the child knows who his father is?

    But yes, the man has to make a petition with the court, most will allow it. Some may require both man and teen to get counseling first, and perhaps even first meeting at the counselors office.
    Or at a supervised visit ( court appointed person to supervisor)
