Someone please give me some advice. My periods are always really normal, like, to the exact day, but last the past two have come a week before I was expecting them, and this last one came a week and a half early. It was wayyyy lighter than normal period, but still bright red and I still had cramps like normal. It lasted 5 days like normal, but since it was so light I'm not sure if it was spotting? Or could it be implantation bleeding? The period (or spotting) ended on June 26th, and since then I have been having this weird feeling in my stomach. I can only describe it as a nervous feeling, kind of like butterflies in my stomach, on the verge of very light cramps. It is there almost all day long, very mild. I have no other symptoms, and am not sure if I am just having anxiety and worrying about my last period and the possibility of being pregnant, or if they are real pregancy symptoms. I have a tendency to worry about things and create symptoms due to anxiety. Please help!

Chances are slim that you are pregnant if you did bleed for a week. Periods tend to change dates every once in a while for no apparent reason.

Implantation bleeding, while recognized by few, has not been scientifically proven.

If you are concerned, take a HPT using first morning urine.
