Should I break up with her?
Well I've been with this girl for almost 10 months. And well I don't have feelings for her anymore. We've broken up before but somehow ended up together again.I don't know if I gave enough detail or not so

If you don't have feelings for her, then leave her alone so that she can move on with her life. Quit leading her on.

The fairest and kindest thing you can do is tell this girl what you've told us, and then part ways with her, and let her move on with her life and you move on with yours.
No doubt she will be hurt by the relationship ending but its much better to do this now, to prolong it will cause her even more hurt.
Don't just drop her though do have the decency to tell her in person, and keep it brief, and friendly.

I agree with the others. There's no benefitting either of you if you decide to continue the rlationship. It would be incredibly unfair. Yes, you should break up with her, but be gracious.

You can't make yourself love someone. As ohso said break up and be gentle.

I know it sounds like you'd be hurting her, but you've got to be straight with her. Tell her exactly how you feel.. or rather how you don't feel. Girls definitely prefer a guy to be blunt because then we don't sit around thinking we've still got a chance and there is still hope at working something out.
But you definitely have to do something. Would you want to be in a relationship with a girl who doesn't love you? Let her down firmly, yet easily if that makes sense. Good luck

Yes.. She'll find someone new and so will you. Don't rush right into dating after a breakup.
