Problems with depression
So lately I've been feeling sad and out of place. I feel a bit sad most of the time, like a deep hard-to-describe feeling deep inside my chest. I have tried taking my mind off it doing things: hobbies, music, anything really, but that's just part of the problem.
There is one time I feel alive, it is when I burn something. I am not an arsonist, I'd get even worse if I knew some fire I started actually killed someone. I just burn paper or small things, light matches and things like that in my bathroom. If my mum catches me, she'd punish me severely, but it's the only way I feel better when I'm sad.
I just don't know what to do.

How old are you?
I think you should have your mom find a professional for you to talk to.

I'm 15
I already talked with my mum about this, thank you for suggesting it. And today I am going to tell her to go to a psychologist or something.
Surprisingly, she took it very well (although I haven't mentioned the burning things part)

I think you need to tell your Mum everything you've mentioned to us here, it will help her to help you if she is aware of everything, she won't scold you, she will help you.
So Please be upfront with her. You really must so that she can get the correct help.

I agree. Tell her what's going on with you so that she can better understand the help you need.
Keep us posted.
I wish you well.

Well, my mum made an appointment for me to go see a professional, so now I am going to go see someone. But I can't bring myself to tell her about my fore problem.

I hope that you will be honest with the counselor.
Your mom needs to know what is going on, what she is facing. This is no longer about you. She needs to know.
At any rate I'm glad to here you are going to get help.
I wish you well.

I just told my mum about me burning stuff through the phone.
She told the maid to hide all of the matches, lighters, etc. in the house, and now I think she doesn't trust me that much...
I also haven't been able to go with the psychologist because I was going on a trip, but I've got high levels of bilirubin, so it's quite possible that I'm not going any more, which would give me time to go with him... but that's another story...
