    What's Florida's penalty for forging a signiture on a birth certificate?
    My x forged my and his name on my sons birth certificate, and is using it in court for a custody battle. He's not the biological father and I wasn't present nor aware that he signed it. I have confirmation from vital statistics there is no father listed on the because. What will he be charged with when I bring all my proof? Will he get arrested? I hope I can press charges.

    What is he showing in the courts as evidence ? Do you have a copy of the original birth certificate?
