Hi Nargis, I am in healthcare in Canada and I really don't understand your questions and would ask that you elaborate a little further on just what you want to know.

Nurses are one discipline within their scope of practice
Personal Support workers is another discipline and have their own scope of practice
Registered Nursing Assistants is another discipline

If I interpret your question correct I can only answer it one way and this may help. Certified PSWs take direction from RN or RPNs but only for one patient. This information cannot be transposed to another patient by a PSW. That is if we are shown how to dress a wound for one patient, we can't carry that knowledge through to another person; more or less because every person/patient is different in what they require and need. The disadvantages of carrying on the treatment from one client to another under one discipline would be catastrophic, maybe causing more infection because the dressing/care would not suit another patient. The advantages would be, quite likely, the care plan for one patient stays with that patient and is more or less custom made.

I hope this is what you need, otherwise, keep the thread going and we will determine what it is exactly you need.

I scrolled through your previous questions and noticed that some of them went unanswered.
