As said, what age are you?
Boys are... complicated at best and certainly immature when they're young. Depending on how old you are I'd say the only way to get a boyfriend is to make the first move. Sometimes that's the only way to get things done, so if there's a boy you like then go for it and ask him if he's interested. Maybe he's nervous but maybe he has no idea you like him ;)
But something that has to be remembered is that having a boyfriend isn't everything and you mustn't ever feel as though you have to have one.
