    I can get the engine to stop but the car won't turn off all the way

    Sounds like the ignition cylinder is plum worn out. Time to replace. What you driving?

    I have no problem starting, but when turning car off; key will stay on accessory and
    I have no problem starting, but when turning car off; key will stay on accessory and will not turn to lock position to take key out. What can I do to fix this. I tried a new ignition switch and still have the same problem

    I knew what you were meaning, and it help to let us know what parts have been replaced, but like I said, what you driving? It helps with yr make and model.
