If you aren't sexually active, a normal healthy teen, then don't worry too much.
Many things can throw your period for a loop, pregnancy is only one of them, and if you're not having sex, you can mark pregnancy off your list.
Stress, change in diet, weight loss, weight gain, exercise, medication, illness, you name it, they can all affect your period.
Like KP said, every women has off months some time in their life. You're only 13, and even though you've had your period since you were 10, your body is still adjusting.
Don't stress about it too much, unless you are sexually active, in which case you should try taking an hpt using first morning urine.
Remember, no sex is safe sex. Even if you use birth control, the chance of pregnancy still exists, so if this is why you think pregnancy isn't a possibility, you're wrong.
