If I'm living in my fathers home, one of 5 siblings. My moyher has passed away many years ago,now my father has had a stroke and is living with my brother. My brothers will noy let him come back into hs home,in which they agreed we could live. I own 1/5, my dad is still living but cannot speak for himself and my brother is his poa. What rights do I have, and can any sibling like poa make me move out. Or keep me from letting my dad come here.

The person with the P/A speaks "for" your father - yes, that person can order you out.

This is a legal question, not a question about emotional wellbeing, and I have asked that it be moved.
