    How do you clear your record if you have knowingly violated probation 7 years ago?

    Hello s:

    Hire a lawyer. He'll arrange for you to surrender, and you'll finish what you DIDN'T finish the first time around. There'll probably be some extra time added because you didn't stick around.

    Yes, you will want an attorney, and you will have to appear in court to face the violation charges.
