Hello Sir

I have wished that when you will read this, you would be in good health and pleasant mind. Now sir, we are associated with an IT firm at Agartala, Tripura.We have planned to develop and host a website, our website contains the following segments:

I. Information about our company.
II. Blogs
III. Various books (links will provide) for downloading.
IV. Questions to experts (like doctors, lawyers etc.) and get answer, as like your site.
V. Shopping which contains products descriptions and image etc.
VI. 'Carrier opportunity' i.e. schools, institutes or any educational establishment's advertisements.

So in the above segments no (I) will help us to advertise our company in the web and (V), (VI) will give us the advertisements.

Now sir, we are planned to do business by the advertisement. But we are little know the business persons i.e. whom would give us advertisements for their organizations.

Now sir, we have meet with a person who are a media person and can bring many advertisements for us and he also wants to include a news part along with the video in our website in his own expense. Now for launching our website, we have following expenses

1. Website Design
2. Hosting and data traffic cost.
3. License cost etc.

And the other person who will do marketing for us, his expense is

1. News part and video.


But sir, we do not understand, how will we create an agreement with him. Please sir, share some ideas, views, advices and experience with us because in business, we are new comers.

I would assume that the media person would have a number of different ways to design any website and that the cost to do so would depend on a number of different specifics.

Does the media person have a list of prices?
