Kenmore Ultra Wash Dishwasher 6651671900
The Cancel/Drain lights keeps blinking. Tried all the reset codes on this site. Took door panel off, when latch elec connections touched top rack, the unit started working. No burned wires, latch doesn't appear damaged. Any suggestions. Sears wants $129 for service call.

I got a kenmore ultra wash quiet guard deluxe dishwasher for Christmas. My husband installed it and it seems like it is stuck in the wash cycle. It ran for an hour and a half and it never drained, so we finally shut it off. Any suggestions?
Hope someone has the solution to this. I purcashed a 9 year old house with appliances last fall. The Kenmore Ultra Wash diswasher is not drawing hot water on the wash cycles.
