    Air not cold
    Just recently had a goodman 2 ton unit put in our 1300sq ft house. Originally had a 2.5 ton but tried the 2 ton with 2.5 ton coil. Air temp out of vents was 64 degrees with a return temp of 76. Tried a 2 ton coil with same result. Wondering if maybe the orfice isn't right for condenser. Pressures are good, return line sweating good, duct work tight. Even with a surface temp gun air temp right out of the coil is the same.

    TD is low at 12 should be 18 to 20 degrees TD.

    Wondering if maybe the orfice isnt right for condensor.

    That should have been checked during the install. A orifice comes with the condenser and that is the one that should be used. Orifice size also listed in the install manual.

    return line sweating good

    Means nothing.

    You will probably find the wrong orifice installed or the coil is the wrong match for the outside condensing unit.
