    Can the courts garnish social secrurity wages yes or no

    Social security is exempt from garnishment, if that is what you are asking. Taxes student loans I am not sure,maybe one of our experts can better answer you

    Actually no, they can't. A court cannot garnish SS, but a government agency can such as the IRS, Student Loan or Child support.
