    Bad gastroenteritis for 9 month old, how do u deal with it?
    My 9 monrh old baby boy has recently started goig to chol care and got gastro for twice in 5 weeks, doctors did not do any thing for the secon time as he was not that dehydtrated but got horriblr diarrhoea , it has been 8 days got no better at all

    Eight days is too long for your child to have this problem. If he is not dehydrated now he will be soon and then it will be too late. I am surprised the doctor didn't offer you guidelines on how to deal with this over a period in order to get him back to normal quickly.

    Here is a website offering good information and suggestions on how to deal with this problem in your baby. If he becomes lethargic then I would advise taking him to the ER as soon as possible.
