How to prevent toddler from leaving residing state
Significant other works out of state and threatens to take our daughter with him and is planning on living there. He already has two other children that he fought for and moved out of that state leaving them at there home and pops in when ever he can on his time. He says he does it for the income but I do not see any changes when he could have found a job here in CA as he is great at what he does and has plenty of contacts. I do not want our daughter to leave CA as this is our home and my daughters from a previous relationship can not leave CA although he does not seem to care. Any advice?

There are a few different things that need to be addressed here. First of all, whatever happened/didn't happen with his other children have no bearing on your child.

Second, is there a court order currently in place? Who has primary physical custody and legal custody of the child?

Third, has he been established as the legal father either by signing a paternity acknowledgment or by court-ordered DNA testing?
