    What year do I report a fiscal year k-1 on 1040 tax return?
    Have a K-1 from partnership with fiscal year ending in 2009.The k-1 is from a 2008 partnership reurn.Do I report the K-1 on individuals 2008 or 2009 return?

    Since the fiscal year eneded on 2009, you would include the income shown on the Schedule K-1 on your 2009 tax return.
