    Michigan law for violation of probation
    I am on probation for one county for a misdemeaner. I just got off probation in another county 2 months ago. I was just caught stealing yesterday and the store made me sign civil papers and said I owe them 243.00 dollors for 42.00 worth off stuff. The police came and said they could take me in but didn't. The cop said to ecspect court papers.im scared.and I think I might get a violation of probation to??

    Yep, you had better go see the PO ASAP. Better to hear it from you, than not. If the officer said that, they will be sending you notice to appear.

    But what the heck, you have been on probation at least twice, knew what would happen if you got caught and did it anyway, so, you pay the dues for your action now.
