    Oldsmobile regency won't start
    I have a 1998 Oldmobile Regency that won't start. I turn the key and all of the lights go on without any sound. I have tried my unused spare key and it did the same thing

    Remove and fully charge, or replace, the battery. Most auto parts stores will test and charge batteries for free. Remember to disconnect the negative battery cable first and reattach it last.
