    Landlord contractbreach
    If a landlord violates anypart of the lease do I have legal rights to endthe contract. Does this also include any repairs not done by landlord that is puttingthe safety of others at risk

    You will have to notify them and give them proper time to fix the problem.

    And then of course the landlord may not agree and sue you, in that case, it will always end up in court.

    I am afraid that different people have different views on what constitutes a safety concern. You could use this as an argument in court but it will be the judge who decides if your wish to void the contact is valid. Why not tell us exact what it is you think the LL did wrong. Otherwise our answer would have to be "maybe"
