    Hot and cold feeling with numb skin
    This is the second my whole bodies skin has numb feeling. I feel extremely cold even though my forehead is perspiring. My face skin feels numb and arm skin. I don't know how to describe it any better. I went to the ER the first time it got so bad it hurt when someone touch my skin or skin was exposed to air I cannot have air directly blowing on it at all, I went to the ER had blood work done everything was in its normal range. Any ideas what could tnis be. I am 32 years old
