    Who is a garnishee defendant?
    I am part of a garnishment as defendant in an old garnishment. On the plaintiff's motion I am named as the defendant and HSBC Bank named as the garnishee.. what does HSBC have to do with the Garnishment?

    They are the people you owe the money to.
