    My dryer squeaks constantly.
    I have a 4 year old GE electric dryer that is making a horrible squeaking noise. My husband seems to think it is the drive belt, and it needs lubrication, how do we do that?The model number is DRSR483ED2ww and the serial number is FL702627A.

    It's not the drive belt. It's the belt that literally goes around the drum that needs adjusting. Mine squeeked for a little while and I did nothing and the squeek went away and stayed away. I have a GE as well.
