    Will I get deported after being arrested for shoplifting?
    About a month ago I was arrested for shoplifting in the state of IL. $80.oo at urban outfitters . I got released with a court date, and I don't know what to expect from this court date. I was brought here Illegally by my aunt and uncle when I was 12 years old. Now I'm 19 years old.
    I'm very scared of what's going to happen to me. Please advise.
    I'm very remorseful and ashamed for what I've done.

    You should have think about where you were standing before you did shoplifting.I am sorry to tell you that if they find you are illegal, definitely they will deport you.
