    Hi m 34yrs old my weight is 52kg n my height iz 5'4 I want to reduce my waist
    I actually had a c-section last yr and I feel that I ve become a little heavy as I feel myself not as active as I used to be my waist has also increased a little . I teach in a school and have 5 children.kindly tell me how can I reduce mu waist?

    Carrying weight around the waist is often a sign that you are eating too many white or refined carbs. Try replacing the white carbs (sugar, bread, pasta, rice, potatoes, cereals) with quality protein, healthy fats and green vegetables.

    What are you eating at the moment?

    Try Pilates - I started last year and within one month my waist had totally shrunk and was so much more toned. Even since I haven't been practicing pilates so much, the improved shapre remains, I could recommend it more.

    I am the same stats as you and people comment on my small waist - I put it down to Pilates.
