    Girl who wants to be whale spear thrower
    I'm trying to remember the name of a film about a girl who wants to be the village spear throwing - traditionally a role held only by men. It might be set in New Zealand.

    No... not Whale Rider. It's another one. In this movie, the spear thrower stands in the bow of the boat and throws the spear and it's a great honor to do this.
