    Judgment execution against calstrs
    I am a retired community college teacher involved in a civil suit with "business partners". If I lose the lawsuit, can the other party attach my CALSTRS retirement benefits? Knowing the answer to this question will help me determine if I should compromise the dispute or take my chances in a court of law.
