    Is it true that giving plasme more than once a month can cause anemia
    Can giving plasma more than once a month cause anemia? Say twice a week?

    J_9, I'm curious, because I donate too (although not as often), would eating an iron rich diet help avoid developing anemia?

    It takes time for your body to rebuild your levels back to normal. While an iron rich diet is beneficial, it does not increase the time needed to reproduce pre-donation levels.
