    8" rough in toilet
Some people say there is no such thing as an 8" rough in toilet, however two plumbers have measured this as have I and thats what I have. My question is this: Does anyone know of a supplier in Canada that has 8" toilets? Any place I have been to says there is no such thing(Home Depot,Kent among others).

    Hi Houseman...

Duravit puts out a "Happy D" Series 8 inch rough in toilet... cost is $375.00 to $500.00

Check out this link for more info.:

I can't say if they are available in Canada, but I am confident it can be ordered online.

Thank you very much Sir. I will contact them and see what I can do to get one. Luckily my plumber, good chap that he is,did not just throw the old one when he removed it. (before we discovered the 8" roughin). Thanks again. :)

Another less expensive option would be a 10" rough toilet with a 1 1/2 or 2" offset flange.
    Good luck, Tom
