Pcos confusion?
On march 3 2010 I was told I have pcos and my periods were irregular but I started taking YAZ well I took it for a little while and then about April stopped and now my periods are regular. Can I get pregnant now easier or will it still be hard for me?

It stands to reason that if your periods are regular, you will be able to track the days when you are most fertile. I have an article for you to look over from EzineArticles.com that will explain how to find your most fertile days. Every woman is different, so not saying its going to be easy and foolproof but this method has been used for countless years so I guess you might say it is time-proven.
.The Calendar Method
If you have regular periods, you can use an every day calendar to track your cycle. The first day to be marked is the day you actually begin your period. The next cycle starts when you begin your period again and is not included in the last cycle's numbers. After numerous months (some recommend seven to eight) you:
1.Find your shortest cycle.
2.Subtract 18 from the total number of days. (So if your shortest cycle is 29 days, subtract 18 from 29, which is 11).
3.Go to your current cycle and count 11 days in and circle that second date. That is when ovulation begins.
Good luck

It's possible... maybe give it another week and try another test at that time if still no period. Could be your cycle is just off, which is not uncommon with PCOS.
If still no period, and still a negative result, see what happens when your next period would be due... or you could see your doctor before that time and ask if they will do a blood test for you.

Please don't type in caps. That means you're shouting at us.
Well, since we are here and you are there, it's a bit hard for us to know if you are pregnant. You either have to wait a bit longer and then retest yourself, or go to your doctor for an exam. If there is some else wrong, he will determine that or order some tests to be done.

When is the earliest you can tell your pregnant on a hpt? Which is better a hpt or a blood test?

Some women will get a positive result with a urine test about 8-10 days after ovulation, but the tests are more accurate once you have actually missed a period.
The urine tests you can buy are usually just as sensitive as the urine tests in the doctor's office.
There are two types of blood tests:
Qualitative: shows positive or negative
Quantitative: shows an actual level of hcg... the hormone that is associated with pregnancy and what pregnancy tests are measuring
With the sensitivity of many urine tests, some will pick up a positive as soon as a blood test, however a blood test, particularly a qualitative one, will be more accurate.

A dream of pregnancy?
OK usually in my family there are 2 people who dream when someone is pregnant and 95% of the time someone is! Well any way my gma told me about 2 weeks ago her sis (one of the ones who dreams about people being pregnant) that she had a "dream" of someone pregnant then today my gma said she had a dream that I was pregnant?! What do you think this dream means

Dreams of pregnancy usually mean a change or new beginning.
My advice, unless your trying for a baby, make sure you use contraception every time!

I think that since you really want to be pregnant, any possible "sign" gives you high hopes... :)
