    Probation violation
    I was put on probation for six years for my 3rd dwi my frist felony and I violated what can happen to me

    You can go to prison for up to six years.

    You need to re-read your final disposition paperwork on your last conviction. That will give you the highlights of just what the Judge had in mind the day he sentenced you. Judges like to put their thoughts into your final dispo paperwork so when you come before them again such as a violation hearing situation they'll easily be reminded of just what they were thinking on that day way way in the past and sentence you accordingly. And yes, you could feasibly go to jail for 6 years for this violation of probation.
