    What do I have to drink or eat because I want to gain weight.im skinny and want to shape up.

    To gain muscle, you need to lift weights or do some equivalent exercise, while eating more calories than you burn. Ideally, those should be in the form of quality protein, complex carbs, and healthy fats. Not junk food.
