Treatment for kitten eye infection in both eyes
I have a kitten with both eyes infected. They are gunky and one is beginning to shut because the stuff is drying on. The boogery looking stuff is yellowish. She also doesn't meow, I think she may have ingested some of it. I am looking for any home treatment and trying everything possible to nurse her back to health before I have to seek medical help for her. Anyone have suggestions? -Thanks

Seek medical help. If you are willing to either get a kitten, or allow your cat to get pregnant, then you owe it to this little thing to ensure it get's proper care.
Upper respiratory infections and eye infections in kittens can quickly escalate and be the end of their lives.

In the mean time, use a damp cotton ball or soft cloth to gently clean the poor thing's eyes.
