Father wants full custody of child.
I split up from my x partner about a year ago and we have a daughter who is 10 next month she lives with me but he wants to go to court to get full custody can u answer the following?

if she went to stay with her dad for 2 weeks or more does he have entitlement to my child benefit.

When we do go to court will she get asked who she wants to live with and will the result depend solely on this?

    Thanks

That is all speculative. The only way to find out for sure is to go to court.

Why all of a sudden the change?

He keeps on asking her who she wants to live with and she tells him with him but I think she scared of his reaction plus he's having a baby with his new girlfriend so think this contributes to it

He can request full custody all he wants. Until he takes you to court and goes before a judge there is nothing he can legally do. Of course this is with the understanding that you already have court papers inplace stating that you have sole custody.

Child support is exactly what it says it is, no more and no less. Normally visits are expected and included in the payments,
So payments don't stop for merely visits.

In fact if the child just moves with father unofficially, child support still has to be paid, until father goes back to court to change the support order
