    My child is 7 but cannot speak well
    My child is 7 but she cannot speak well.most sounds cannot pronouce.She is clever.she has no hearing problems.

    Has her hearing been tested, is that why you say she hasn't got hearing problems? You know of course, this is one of the main reasons some youngsters don't learn to talk when they are supposed to. She is 7, she should be speaking quite well by now. I suggest you take her to the doctor for testing and possibly a referral to a specialist. If she is clever as you say, the problem can be solved with professional help.

    Yes, professional ( and I will say past time for professionals)

    First really really verify hearing, and then speech therapy may be needed.

    After verifying hearing and finding that was the problem, speech may never be normal but good. Enrolling for sign language is a good idea and almost like learning another language for work when older. All is good, just take her to be tested, she deserves the best.

    Definitely take you child to a physician and get referred to a speech therapist.
