    Wrong tag # and state on ticket, can this be thrown out?
    Stopped for dui and given ticket, the ticket has the wrong tag # and state on it. Can it be thrown out?

    Not for just that, at least the DUI part of it. If they gave you a ticket for bad muffler, or improper lights.

    You will need to address the reason for the stop, the POST certification of the officer to do a DUI test. The reasons he believed there was a need to check fror DUI and more.

    Then the testing of the test you took, and more in the certification of the machines and the person doing the test.
