    2003 honda civic losing power will not rev over 2500rpm and running warmer, help?
    2003 civic will not run more than 3000rpm, is running hotter ( not overheating ) problem seems to occur after car has been driven for 30 minutes, any suggestions?

    Ensure the oil and filter have been recently changed and that the oil comes up to the FULL line. Some cars have limiters to prevent damage from over revving, if the oil is low.
