Is it always in the women's favour to get the full child support?
Im curious, how come it is easier for women (mum) to get full custody of their child then it is for a man (father)? What are some outstanding circumstances that the father can go for full custody? What are the best things to do and people to see if I was wanting to go for custody of my child?

    Kind regards

You have to prove the mother unfit.

What rights do you currently have? Do you share joint legal custody(right to make major decisions) with the mother and she has primary placement/physical custody(where the child lives)? Or does the mother have sole legal and physical custody?

The "best" thing you can do is have a good case of why the children should reside with you primarily. What is the mother saying or doing that you feel is detrimental to the child?
